The parties agree that the South Carolina courts located in Aiken county, South Carolina, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement or regarding StoryBook Ceramics products and agree that venue is proper in those courts.
Each customer hereby irrevocably waives, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the defense of an inconvenient forum to the maintenance of such action or proceeding in any such court.
1.4 We do not permit the following:
* Any other person sharing your user name and password; or
* Access through a single name and password being made available to multiple users on a network; or
* Impersonation of any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
