PRICING: Please note that all prices are in U.S. Currency. Shipping and handling are not included.
ORDER FULFILLMENT:Our vintage style pottery is carefully cast, hand-decorated and then fired in our kilns just for you. It normally takes between seven and twenty-one days to create your order. Around holiday times, the volume of orders requires a little more time to make and ship our pottery. Allowing us this time ensures that every piece is made with the care and attention to detail you deserve.
ORDER PROCESSING: After you submit your order, you will receive a computer-generated confirmation that your order was placed. If there are extra shipping, handling or other charges for your order, we will let you know the amount when the order is confirmed.
* If payment is made by check, we may hold your item before shipping for up to an additional 10 days until our bank clears your check. Current applicable fees will be charged in cases of bounced checks.
* Item(s) paid for by money order are shipped as soon as completed. Your order will be processed no more than 3 business days after receipt. Please allow 7-21 days after your payment is received for your items to ship.
* Item(s) paid for by credit card are shipped as soon as completed. Your order will be processed no more than 3 business days after receipt of payment. Please allow 7-21 days after your payment is received for your items to ship.
We try very hard to keep our turnaround time on your order to under 10 days. If you have a special need, or a specific time frame you are working under for your item, let us know and we will do everything possible to meet your needs.
SALES TAX: Sales taxes (if any) are calculated based on the location to which the product is being shipped.
OUR SHIPPING POLICY: Most items will be shipped by UPS or USPS Priority Mail. We may elect to ship by some other carrier and will notify you if that is the case. For international shipping quotes or options, please email us and we will work with you to find the best solution to your needs.
OUR RETURN POLICY: We are certain you will be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully describe our items. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please use our question form to ask us about the item before placing your order. In the unlikely event you receive your merchandise and there is a problem that requires it to be returned, please let us know immediately so we can work with you to coordinate the process. No returns can be accepted without prior approval. Please note that we can not accept returns on items sold on clearance or through other channels such as Ebay.

OUR RESTOCKING POLICY: Our ceramic items are hand-made to order. Due to the individual nature of our pottery, we must charge a materials fee for returns. This fee can range from between 10% to 50% of the selling price, depending of the extent of the customization of personalization of the item you have ordered. If you have ANY question about our items, please ask us before you order.
OUR DAMAGE POLICY: If your item is damaged in transit, please let us know immediately. All of our items are shipped fully insured, so your purchase is completely protected. We will file the insurance claim once the damage is established and will either replace or refund you purchase immediately. |
